For nearly a quarter of a century, Lori Ann Haigh has made her one of it’s kind toffee treats to the delight of family and close friends.

Her passion for baking began when she was eight–year’s-old and her beloved grandmother, Marguerite, took her under wing and introduced her to the world of baking as well as the family’s top-secret toffee recipe. For years at Christmas time, they made dozens upon dozens of batches of their rich,toffee.

Lori Ann continued this toffee making tradition with her own children and just as her grandmother did years before, she has let them in on the treasured toffee secret. Lori Ann did not realize the full impact of her toffee until her eldest daughter went away to college and when homesick asked for mom to send toffee.

A successful commercial real estate professional for over 15 years, Lori Ann began expanding her circle of toffee recipients to include her clients.  Large deals,client’s birthdays and the Holiday’s all included homemade toffee treats. It did not take long before her clients were asking Lori Ann to personalize her toffee so that they could treat their clients the way they had been treated.

Coaxed, in 2010, by this growing hoard of enthusiastic and satisfied toffee fans, she started packaging her sophisticated and elegant confection so that others could share her trademark toffee with their own family and friends.

Over the years, Lori Ann has raised her toffee IQ by perfecting her grandmother’s recipe. It touts a special blend of secret spices and an innovative cooking technique that keeps her toffee from sticking to your teeth.

It’s unique taste has lead to much “toffee talk” and kept her toffee entourage guessing the exact blend of ingredients for years. Whether anyone ever figures out exactly what Lori Ann puts in her toffee to make it decadent and delicious, one thing is for sure… with every delectable bite it will leave you saying “Oh My!”
